How to teach a 4-year-old
Squeak like a little mouse (ਚੂਹਾ) and say “ਚ … ਚੂਹਾ”. The ch sound is one of the easiest for English-speaking children since it matches “chair.” Other ਚ words to try: ਚਾਬੀ (chaabi — key), ਚੰਦ (chand — moon), ਚਾਹ (chah — tea).
